UBC Hospital's Ghost
Anyone who has talked to Gab about his job has probably heard a story or two about the supposed ghost that lives in the UBC hospital. While he never claims to have seen it, he does know of people who have. Now, personally, I don't hold much truth in ghost stories, but looking at this picture did give me a case of the chills. Here is the story in Gab's words:
"ok this is a ghost look behind me and down the coridor this is an empty coridor at work (ubc hospital) this is the sub tunnel under one of the buildings. well me and another guard were board so we decided to take some pics of stuff so eventualy we go down here and take a picture of the corridor that we walk down so he can post it on his web page. we i found out today fri the 21 that people that visited his web site saw somethin in the back ground. this is a sensor lit tunnel so we would know if someone else is in there (when the sensors work) so we took the pic and if u look close u can see someone behind me we didn't see anything when we walked down it but it is on the camera. use pain and dl the pic and zoom in on it if u can't see it the adjust your brightness or turn off the lights to prevent glare. it is there. also invert colors and iot will still be there. put it this way i am never ever goin back down there again."
It isn't easy to see in that picture, so try turning off any lights glaring on the screen. Even so, the image is not clear, so here are some pictures with the "Ghost" enhanced.
In the first picture, I stuck the "Ghost" on top of a white backround and and turned the opacity of the "Ghost" to 75%. It gives the figure definition, but it is still hard to see the shape.
In the second, I maxed out the contrast, and turned the brightness way down. The figure loses a lot of detail, but gives the head and arm a definite shape.
So, is this definitive proof of the UBC Hospital Ghost? Probably not, but it is still cool to look at.
